Name, email, WhatsApp number, preferred reply channel, Instagram or Facebook handle, commission range, project notes, fit details, reference links, uploaded JPG, PNG, WEBP, or PDF files, IP-based anti-spam data, and submission time may be stored.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate scope, prepare questions or tailored proposals, contact you through your preferred channel, and manage the commission inquiry in the WordPress admin area. Formal proposal and payment details are best confirmed by email or WhatsApp.

File privacy

Uploaded files are stored privately for CosLoom admin review and are not intentionally published as public URLs. Do not upload sensitive identity documents or payment information.
