Commission Policy

CosLoom custom cosplay work receives individual proposal review. Submitting a request does not create an order, payment obligation, or guaranteed production slot.

Fan-made work

CosLoom creates fan-made custom pieces for cosplay, performance, photoshoots, and personal display. CosLoom is not affiliated with or licensed by anime, game, film, comic, or entertainment companies.

Proposal validity

Commission proposals are valid only for the stated scope, timeline, materials, and delivery country. If references, size, finish level, or timing changes, the proposal may need to be reviewed again.

Proposals and deposits

Proposals are based on references, scope, materials, timeline, fit complexity, and delivery country. Production begins only after the agreed deposit and required information are received.

Deposit rules

Deposits reserve production time and may be used for materials, pattern planning, and early construction. Deposit terms are confirmed with the proposal before production begins.

Revisions

Revision expectations should be confirmed before production. Changes requested after materials are purchased or construction has started may affect price and timeline.

Progress photos

Progress photos are shared to communicate silhouette, materials, construction stage, and finish direction. They are not unlimited redesign rounds unless that scope is agreed in advance.

Measurement responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and noting planned shoes, undergarments, wig, or mobility needs. Incorrect measurements can affect fit and revision cost.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the stage of work, purchased materials, and agreed commission scope. Custom work may not be fully refundable once production has begun.

Timeline and shipping

Timelines are reviewed during the proposal stage. Rush requests, international delivery, fragile props, and large armor pieces may require additional planning time.

Shipping risk and damage

Large props, armor, fragile trim, and international customs can create risk. CosLoom plans packing carefully, but shipping damage or customs delays may require a case-by-case resolution.

File privacy

Reference files and uploads are used for proposal and production review. Do not send sensitive identity documents, payment information, or unrelated private files.

Final balance before shipping

Final balance is due after final review and before packing or shipping unless a different written payment rhythm is agreed.
